OUR CRAFT

The best flavors aren't manufactured—they're forged.

At New England Smokery, it started with a simple passion for the low-and-slow alchemy of traditional New England wood smoke. I wanted to see if that same deep, rugged character of the smoker could transform more than just the main course.

As the Founder, Owner, and Chief Smoker, I personally handle every step of the process right here in the Granite State. Whether I'm hand-selecting the hardwoods for our Smoked Nuts, custom-blending our Signature Spices, or finishing our Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookies with a hint of smoke, the goal is always the same: Uncompromising, bold flavor.

We don't take shortcuts. We don't use liquid smoke. We just use fire, time, and the finest ingredients New England has to offer.

From our smoker to your table, this is small-batch craftsmanship you can taste in every bite.

Small Batch. Big Smoke. Truly New Hampshire.
